Cheryl Ingram took office on September 1, 2010 and prior to Sept. 1 she had been serving McMinn County as Deputy Register since 1996. Her office handles the recording of real estate conveyances, deeds of trust, leases, charters, bonds of county officials, contracts and other documents, and makes certified copies of these instruments when needed. Any document recorded since 9/01/99 can be scanned and emailed. This office is elected county-wide every 4 years.
